9 Pet Care knowledge for St. John cadets:
1. Know how to take care of their own pet – Covering general care, diet, health & cleanliness
2. Know how they should be housed
3. Know when to give food & water
4. Know whether they need exercise or not
5. Know the name of the nearest veterinary clinic
6. Know the telephone number of SPCA
7. Know what to do if they see an injured stray animal
8. Know what to do if they see cruelty to animals
9. Know when they are sick – apart from the usual symptoms (skin, ticks, maggots, wounds, etc)

St. John Walkathon
Hey cadets! (:
The annual St. John Walkathon is on this Sunday, 9 September 2007 and it is held in HQ. You are to report to school at 7.15am sharp in PE attire with school shoes and socks. You will be back in school by 12 in the afternoon.
The consent form is in the St. John pigeon hole so do remember to take one IF you are going to school. If you’re not coming to school, you are to ask your parents to write a consent letter and give it to CPL Gui Mei on Sunday.
Please have a light and proper breakfast and hydrate yourself before you come to school as we don’t wish to see anyone fainting.
